B-U-S-Y

We have been pretty busy around here this past month! Here it is in under 50 words: Caleb is playing baseball, Ethan is playing soccer, Uncle Josh & Aunt Traci came for a quick visit, Caleb had a kindergarten field trip to the zoo, Marcus spent a week in Florida (visiting his family and attending a conference), Lydia had her 6-month-pictures taken and Ethan started preschool! My goal is to write a quick post about each of these in the next few days. Stay tuned!

I am a 35-year-old mother of four. I spent my first twenty-two years in a small town in central Arkansas, and married my college sweetheart a few months after graduation. He and I taught English together in Wuhan (China) for a year, and then moved to Florida so he could attend medical school. Caleb and Ethan were born while we were in Florida, Lydia was born during medical residency in Alabama, and Naomi was born here in Tennessee. We have been very blessed with friends and family along the way. The past few years, our family has put down some roots in our new home of Tennessee. Our children are the joy and the challenge of our lives, and this blog is mostly about them.
